• To connect drivers with customers for ride bookings

• To share customer name and phone number with the assigned driver

• To manage bookings using OTP verification for ride start

• To send ride notifications, updates, and support

• To collect payments (only by drivers directly from customers)

• To manage driver subscriptions via payment gateways

• To ensure safety using SOS features (police, ambulance, emergency contacts)

4. Sharing of Information

• Customer data (name and phone number) is shared only with the assigned driver

• Driver documents are verified and used internally for onboarding and compliance

• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties

• Payment details are processed securely by third-party gateways like PhonePe

5. Driver Subscription & Payment

• Drivers can subscribe for 1-day, 7-day, or monthly plans via PhonePe

• Only active, subscribed drivers will be eligible to receive job requests

• All ride payments are handled directly between driver and customer in cash

• DrivAny admin is not responsible for any payment disputes

6. Data Retention

• We retain user and driver data as long as your account is active or required by law

• You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time

• Withdraw consent for data processing

12. Account Deletion

We respect your right to manage your data and allow all users to delete their DrivAny account directly from the app.

🔐 How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to the DrivAny app
2. Go to Account > Delete Account
3. Confirm the request when prompted

Once you confirm, your account will be marked for deletion and will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

⚠️ Note:

• If you log in again within the 30-day period, your deletion request will be canceled, and your account will remain active.
• After 30 days of inactivity following a deletion request, all your data will be permanently removed from our system, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records for legal or compliance purposes).

🕒 Inactivity-Based Deletion

If your account remains inactive for more than 2 years, we will:

• Notify you before deletion via email or app notification
• Give you an option to keep your account active
• If you do not respond, your account and associated data will be deleted
