DrivAny Refund Policy

At DrivAny, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable platform that connects users with professional drivers and taxi services. As a technology facilitator, we do not process or handle customer payments. All payments for rides are made directly by the customer to the driver in cash.

Therefore, our refund policy is limited to subscription payments made by drivers only.

1. Customer Payments and Refunds
1.1 No Platform Payments
  • DrivAny does not collect payments from customers.

  • Customers pay directly in cash to the driver after the ride is completed.

  • DrivAny does not offer any payment gateway, wallet, or digital transaction method to customers.

1.2 No Refunds for Customers

As no financial transaction occurs through our platform, DrivAny cannot and does not issue refunds to customers for any ride. All payment and settlement responsibilities lie directly between the customer and the driver.

1.3 Service Issues

If you face service-related issues (e.g., a no-show driver, driver misbehavior), you may report the incident to our support team at [email protected]. We take every complaint seriously and may take administrative action (such as suspending or removing the driver) if needed.

2. Refund Policy for Drivers (Subscription Payments)

Drivers who wish to receive bookings through DrivAny must subscribe using one of our paid plans (daily, 7-day, or monthly). These subscriptions are paid via PhonePe.

2.1 Non-Refundable by Default

Driver subscriptions are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes:

  • Low number of bookings during subscription

  • Voluntary account deactivation

  • Account suspension due to violation of platform guidelines

2.2 Eligible Refund Scenarios for Drivers

Refunds for subscription payments may be considered only if:

  • There is a major technical issue with the DrivAny platform lasting more than 5 continuous days, preventing the driver from receiving or accepting jobs.

2.3 Refund Request Process

Drivers must:

  • Email [email protected] within 48 hours of the issue

  • Include: registered phone number, subscription details, issue description

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Policy Updates

DrivAny reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. All updates will be posted on our app and website.
