2. Services Offered

• Taxi booking (vehicle owned by driver)

• Hourly and daily driver booking (driver operates customer’s car)

• DrivAny is a technology platform and does not own any vehicles.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must verify their mobile number to create an account. No other verification is required.

• Misconduct by users may result in cancellation of booking by the driver. Drivers can report such incidents to DrivAny, and the user may be suspended.

• If a driver behaves inappropriately, customers can cancel the ride and report the driver. DrivAny may suspend the driver after review.

4. Driver Responsibilities

• Drivers must submit valid government documents including:

  • Driving License
  • ID Card
  • Car Insurance
  • RC Book
  • PUC Certificate

• Drivers must subscribe using PhonePe to be active and available in the market. Subscription plans include daily, weekly, and monthly options.

• Drivers may be penalized for canceling accepted bookings.

5. Booking & Payment Terms

• Rides begin via OTP confirmation.

• Customers must pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.

• DrivAny is not responsible for handling or recovering payments.

• Drivers are responsible for collecting payment directly.

• Hourly bookings are charged for the full selected hours or more if exceeded.

• If a driver cancels, the system will assign another driver.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may incur a cancellation fee if they cancel after driver acceptance.

• Drivers who cancel after accepting may be penalized as per admin-defined rules.

• Refunds are issued only in cases where:

  • The driver fails to show up without cancellation.
  • Technical issues on DrivAny's side prevent service execution.

• To request a refund, email [email protected] within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

• Driver subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases where the platform remains non-functional for over 5 days.

7. Liabilities

• DrivAny is not liable for accidents, damages, or theft.

• In taxi bookings, the taxi owner bears all responsibility.

• In driver-only bookings, the vehicle owner is responsible.

• Traffic violations are the responsibility of the driver or vehicle owner. DrivAny does not accept liability for any losses or disputes.

8. Data Collection

• Collected user data: Name, Phone Number, Email, Location, Ratings

• Collected driver data: Government ID, Driving License, Vehicle Documents

• Data access:

  • Customers can see the driver’s name, phone number, and rating.
  • Drivers can see the customer’s name and phone number.

• No third-party services are used. Data is securely stored for operational purposes.

9. Support & Dispute Resolution

• For complaints, email [email protected] within 24 hours of the incident. DrivAny will attempt to mediate issues fairly.

• Legal disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.

10. Miscellaneous
